We are connecting women and empowering them to live out their faith more fully.
Join us on October 17th, 2026 for a day of encouragement — a day where we help women to step out of their comfort zones, embrace the gifts God has given them, and grow into confident, faith-filled leaders who make a meaningful impact in their homes, churches, and communities.

I’m Dee Neisler, a 6th grade math and science teacher at Lincolnwood Junior High in Raymond, Illinois, where I’ve had the privilege of helping students learn and grow for many years. I live in Raymond with my husband, Greg, and our daughter, Kylie. When I’m not at school, you’llusually find me cooking, baking, gardening, canning, or spending time with family and friends — preferably around a table full of good food and plenty of laughter. I especially enjoy planning and hosting dinners, gatherings, and events that bring people together.
I’ve been a member of Pleasant Hill Christian Church for 25 years and also serve as the custodian for the church. With retirement now only five years away, I’m looking forward to traveling the country with Greg, exploring new places, and enjoying the beauty and backroads of America.

Join us for a sweet and meaningful workshop that blends hands-on cake decorating with a heartfelt look at biblical hospitality through the story of Mary and Martha. In a world that often pressures women to create picture-perfect homes, meals, and events, we’ll explore what it truly means to “set the table, not the stage.” Together, we’ll learn simple decorating techniques while discovering that genuine hospitality is less about perfection and more about creating space where people feel welcomed, loved, and seen.
No decorating experience needed — just come ready for fellowship, laughter, creativity, and encouragement

Alyssa Waldeck is a mom of three and a farm wife. She loves Jesus and coffee. When she’s not baking, you’ll find her outside or antiquing. Alyssa is so excited to share her love of hosting in the way Jesus intended.

Sarah is a wife of 20 years, a mother to 25 children, and a missionary to Africa.
She and her husband, Tyler, have served as the directors of Hope Orphan Home—an orphanage in Sierra Leone, West Africa—since 2015. They have three teenage sons who are beginning to leave the nest and they are also raising 19 children who live at Hope Orphan Home.
Though Sarah has a difficult past, God has used her experiences in remarkable ways to deepen her relationship with Him and to connect with the people of Sierra Leone, many of whom have experienced trauma themselves. She firmly believes that nothing is wasted—unless we consent to it.
Tyler and Sarah’s most recent project is a church plant that has grown from 10 members in a Muslim-majority community to over 100 believers who are now making disciples in their families, breaking the chain of Islamic heritage, and beginning a new legacy of following Christ.
Sarah’s guilty pleasures include hot showers (a rare treat), sitting by the Atlantic Ocean, and eating any meal she didn’t have to cook.

For the past 11 years, I have run Hope Orphan Home in Sierra Leone, West Africa—a beautifully chaotic haven that is home to 19 incredible kids. Now in my forties, I am navigating a unique season: launching my oldest children into adulthood while simultaneously chasing toddlers. My husband of 21 years fixes everything the kids break while gracefully putting up with my nonsense- which is a lot.
Living in a region where tragedy is a daily reality, our journey has been shaped by deep grief and profound joy. I am humbled by every breath and excited to share how God uses the messy, unpredictable moments of life to refine us all.

Sheena is a wife and mom to two incredible gifts from God. She and Kyle married young, hoping to do all the "right" things, but life didn't unfold quite the way they expected. Through years of serving together in ministry, they've seen God move in remarkable ways—both in their own lives and in the lives of those around them. The journey hasn't always looked like they imagined, but one prayer has remained constant: that they would trust God's timing and not try to "make their own way," as Abram and Sarai did.
-
In this session I'll share about my own journey in learning to trust God in the midst of infertility, pregnancy loss, and unmet expectations. Together we'll talk about finding hope, holding onto faith, and trusting God's character when the answers don't come. Life is full of questions we can't answer. But there are a few we can—and those answers change everything.

Hello, born and raised here in Illinois before taking off with my Air Force husband of over 33 years to explore a few parts of the world! We have been blessed with four amazing adult children and two of the best grands in all the lands! The military life brought us many wonderful experiences and ministry opportunities and I have been fortunate to serve in various women’s ministries, Bible studies, retreats, VBS director, Awana Commander, Religious Education Coordinator and home group-connection group facilitator. One of which my husband and I are currently facilitating at PHCC. I also serve as one of the Administrative Assistants here and facilitate the monthly Praise & Prayer ministry. I feel extremely blessed to serve and worship alongside this amazing church family. I enjoy hosting in my home, baking and spending time with my family, especially my grands! I am passionate for people to know Christ and the power of prayer!

Please join me as we discuss the topic of prayer & what a privilege it is. There is power in prayer and I am living proof of how God hears and answers our prayers & helps us find who we are in Christ by seeking Him in a prayer filled relationship.
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." — 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Marcia, a native of Montgomery County, grew up on a farm, west of Nokomis, with three brothers. Having an extensive background in social work led her to serving others for 28 years at Doctor’s Hospital and Christian County Mental Health. She’s lived in Raymond for the past eight years. An artistic gal, you can find her creating wreaths and one-of-a-kind arrangements for the Rooted Home in Farmersville.
When she’s home, she tends to her beautiful flowers, works out in her pool, and decorates not only her own home, but those of friends and family. In addition to being a loyal friend, she’s a supportive, helpful mom and an active, hands-on grandma. She is grateful to have the opportunity to share her journey and faith in Jesus with you today.

We all face heartache at some point in our lives. Sometimes the heartache shatters your life. Your life is in pieces, you don't know who you are anymore. The pain of the loss can bring you to your knees. Will I ever be able to pick up the pieces and make a new life?
This session will discuss how the shattered pieces can be put back together. Although the pieces will never fit the way they did before, with God's strength, comfort and peace, we can move forward.
The session will also focus on being positive knowing you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
John 14:27

Rachael Mulch is a wife, homeschooling mother of four, doctor of physical therapy, business owner, and former personal trainer who seeks to honor the Lord in every area of life.
With experience in both the fitness and healthcare worlds, she has seen firsthand the pressures, extremes, and struggles many women face surrounding health and body image.
As her faith has deepened, Rachael has become increasingly committed to pursuing health from a place of freedom instead of pressure, and grace instead of perfection. Whether through motherhood, her work, or everyday conversations with other women, her heart is to point others toward the peace, joy, and balance that can only be found in Him.

When it comes to health and fitness, many of us feel stuck swinging between two extremes—trying to do everything perfectly or giving up altogether. So many women struggle to find a balanced, God-honoring approach to caring for their bodies. Scripture teaches that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit—but what does faithful stewardship of this truth look like in everyday life?
Join Rachael Mulch for an honest and encouraging conversation about inviting the Lord into your health journey. Together, you’ll explore biblical truth, practical wisdom, and a grace-filled perspective on caring for your body without striving for perfection.

Meghan Bilyeu has spent the past two decades as a professional fitness trainer, but her passion for serving others extends far beyond the gym. Whether at the gym, the grocery store, on the street, or across the world, Meghan is always eager to share the love of Jesus Christ and what He has done in her life.
Meghan and her husband, Cory, are the parents of five boys. Together, their family has been called into missions work in Israel. Meghan has traveled to Israel six times, with plans to return again in September 2026.
Meghan’s most recent trip to Israel was a spontaneous trip taken on a whim with her husband, Cory. They arrived at the end of February and stayed into the beginning of March 2026. During that time, war broke out while they were in the country, and they spent 10 days living in the midst of it. They returned home with a powerful testimony of seeing God at work even as missiles flew overhead and sirens filled the air.
For the past four years, Meghan has worked to help bridge gaps between Christians and Jews by serving alongside Jewish communities in Israel—helping farmers harvest vineyards, plant trees, and assist with the restoration of ancient ruins throughout the Holy Land.

This breakout session is a continuation of last year’s Beautifully Broken message, welcoming both returning attendees and those joining for the first time. Whether or not you attended last year’s session, this message stands on its own while continuing the conversation about brokenness, healing, and reclaiming the radiance God placed within us.
Throughout Scripture, we are reminded that we are vessels. We have been intentionally created by the hands of our Creator with purpose and meaning. Life brings pressure, loss, disappointment, and seasons that leave cracks in all of us. This session will explore how those broken places do not disqualify us, but instead create space for God’s presence and glory to shine through.
Jeremiah 29:13 tells us, “You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” Together, we will reflect on the reminder that even in our brokenness, God is still present and still calling us closer to Him. Through every hardship, heartbreak, and season of refining, He reveals His purpose and allows His radiance to shine through the cracks of our lives.
